This energy-saving flotation machine is designed for mineral processing and ore beneficiation of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, precious metals and non-metallic minerals.
Its small impeller diameter and low rotating speed help reduce power consumption while providing suitable pulp agitation, air dispersion and slurry circulation.
The rotating impeller agitates the ore pulp and promotes the mixing of air, pulp and flotation reagents. Air is dispersed through the impeller and stator to form mineralized bubbles.
The bubbles carrying valuable mineral particles rise to the pulp surface and form a froth layer for collection.
