Slurry Agitator Tank Mineral Processing Mixing Tank for Flotation Reagent Conditioning

The XB series agitator tank is essential slurry preparation equipment in mineral processing. A gear motor directly drives the vertical shaft and impeller, creating axial, radial and circumferential flow that keeps solid particles suspended, dissolves reagents and promotes mass transfer and adsorption between particles and reagent molecules.

Composed of coupling, tank body, frame, mounting base plate, agitation mechanism and gear motor. The impeller is a paddle-type folded-blade impeller or a propeller impeller, suitable for low-viscosity mixing, dissolution, solid suspension and heat transfer.
