The Pre-Flotation Conditioner for Uniform Pulp Blending is a 25 m³ tank placed immediately ahead of the flotation circuit. Its job is to bring reagents and pulp together under controlled mixing so that conditioning is complete by the time the slurry reaches the first cell — a step that directly influences recovery and concentrate quality.
