This coal flotation machine is designed for fine coal flotation and coal slurry separation in coal preparation and mineral processing applications.
The mechanical flotation system provides effective pulp agitation and air dispersion, promoting contact between fine coal particles, air bubbles and flotation reagents. It can be configured for different flotation stages and processing capacities according to the requirements of the flotation circuit.
The impeller rotates inside the flotation cell to agitate the coal slurry and promote mixing with air and flotation reagents.
Air is dispersed into the pulp to form bubbles. Hydrophobic fine coal particles can attach to the bubbles and rise toward the froth layer, while unwanted particles remain in the slurry and move toward the tailings stream.
The flotation machine can be arranged in multiple cells according to the required flotation process and processing capacity.
