The froth flotation machine is designed for mineral processing and flotation separation, particularly for fine-disseminated and complex-composition ores.
Available in XJK and SF series, the equipment provides different effective cell volumes and processing capacities for various flotation requirements. It can be used for roughing, scavenging and cleaning operations in mineral processing plants.
The appropriate flotation machine model and configuration depend on ore characteristics, processing capacity, flotation stage and process requirements.

The motor drives the impeller through the belt transmission system. The rotating impeller agitates the pulp and promotes the mixing of air, pulp and flotation reagents.
During operation, a negative-pressure zone forms around the impeller, allowing air to enter through the air inlet. The pulp and air are mixed to form fine bubbles. Valuable mineral particles attach to the bubbles and rise to the pulp surface, where the resulting froth is scraped out as flotation concentrate.
The flotation machine can be used for the flotation of:
It is suitable for roughing, scavenging and cleaning operations, particularly for fine-disseminated and complex-composition ores.

Selection of the flotation machine should consider ore characteristics, mineral dissemination, processing capacity, flotation stage and required cell volume.
For fine-disseminated and complex-composition ores, the appropriate flotation equipment should be determined according to the specific mineral processing conditions and flotation circuit requirements.
Please provide the ore type, required processing capacity and planned flotation process for model and configuration selection.
