The Non-Ferrous Metal Ore Flotation Machine is used for the separation and beneficiation of copper, lead-zinc, molybdenum and other non-ferrous metal ores suitable for froth flotation.
It can be configured for roughing, scavenging and cleaning, with available cell volumes from 1 m³ to 160 m³ for different processing capacities and flotation circuits.

Conditioned ore slurry enters the flotation cell, where mechanical agitation and air dispersion promote bubble formation. Under suitable flotation conditions, hydrophobic valuable mineral particles attach to bubbles and rise to the froth layer for separation.
Actual flotation performance depends on ore characteristics, particle size, reagent conditions and operating parameters.

Can this flotation machine be used for different flotation stages?
Yes. It can be configured for roughing, scavenging and cleaning according to the flotation circuit.
Can this flotation machine be used for different flotation stages?
Yes. It can be configured for roughing, scavenging and cleaning according to the flotation circuit.
What is the difference between XCF II and KYF II flotation cells?
XCF II has slurry suction capability, while KYF II does not. The two types can be used together according to the flotation circuit configuration.
