Wear Resistant Mining Flotation Cell Mineral Separation Flotation for Ore Processing

Mineral separation equipment is used to separate valuable minerals from gangue during ore processing and beneficiation. For ores suitable for froth flotation, flotation equipment uses air, flotation reagents and slurry agitation to promote mineral-bubble attachment and achieve mineral separation.
XCF II and KYF II flotation cells are available for different mineral processing requirements and can be configured for roughing, scavenging and cleaning operations. With multiple cell volumes available, the equipment can be selected according to ore characteristics, processing capacity and flotation process requirements.

A typical mineral processing route may include:

• Raw Ore → Crushing → Grinding & Classification → Conditioning → Flotation Separation → Concentrate / Tailings

Flotation is one of the mineral separation methods used for suitable ores after crushing, grinding and slurry conditioning. The actual beneficiation process should be determined according to ore characteristics and mineral processing test results.

• Multiple Mineral Separation Applications: Suitable for flotation separation of applicable non-ferrous metal minerals, ferrous metal minerals and non-metallic minerals.
• Roughing, Scavenging & Cleaning: The flotation cells can be configured for different stages of a mineral processing flotation circuit.
• XCF II & KYF II Configuration: XCF II provides slurry suction capability, while KYF II is a non-slurry-suction type. The two series can be combined according to flotation circuit requirements.
• Wide Cell Volume Range: Effective cell volumes from 1 m³ to 160 m³ are available for different mineral processing capacities.
• Equipment Selection Support: Cell volume, number of cells and equipment configuration can be selected according to the ore, plant capacity and flotation process.

XCF II and KYF II flotation cells can be used together in a flotation circuit.
XCF II has slurry suction capability and can be arranged at the beginning of a flotation stage where slurry suction is required.
KYF II does not provide slurry suction and can be arranged in subsequent positions according to the flotation circuit.
The final configuration should be selected according to the required processing capacity and flotation flowsheet.
