The Molybdenum Ore Flotation Cell is engineered for roughing and cleaning stages in mineral processing flotation circuits. XCF II and KYF II flotation cells can be configured in combination according to required processing capacity and flotation flowsheet requirements.

For molybdenum-bearing ores where flotation is selected as the beneficiation method, the cells can be arranged according to the required flotation stages:
Roughing → Cleaning → Further Cleaning → Concentrate
Scavenging stages can also be incorporated according to the flotation flowsheet. The actual number and volume of flotation cells should be determined according to ore characteristics, processing capacity and flotation test data.
