The Feed Jet Flotation Column is designed around a high-pressure slurry feeding and jet-induced self-aspirating aeration system.
A negative-pressure aspiration device is installed on the slurry feed pipeline at the top of the flotation column. During operation, the high-velocity slurry flow draws air into the system, and intensive gas-liquid interaction disperses the air into fine bubbles for flotation mineralization.
A key feature of the ZFJS design is its low-profile column structure, with a column height of approximately 3–4 m. This makes it particularly suitable for flotation projects where vertical installation space is limited.

The flotation column can be designed with a height of approximately 3–4 m, reducing vertical installation requirements.
The system uses a high-pressure slurry feed arrangement to provide the operating conditions required for jet-induced aeration.
High-velocity slurry passing through the jet device creates negative pressure and draws air directly into the slurry stream.
Intensive interaction between slurry and aspirated air helps disperse the gas into fine bubbles for flotation mineralization.
The ZFJS configuration uses fewer jet devices, helping simplify the aeration arrangement.

High-pressure slurry enters through the top feed pipeline and passes through the jet aspiration device.
The high-velocity slurry creates negative pressure to draw air into the system. Intensive gas-liquid interaction then disperses the aspirated air into fine bubbles, promoting flotation mineralization inside the column.
This feed-pipeline aeration arrangement allows the flotation system to operate with a relatively low column structure.
The ZFJS flotation column is particularly suitable for mineral flotation projects where:
Vertical installation height is limited
A compact flotation column arrangement is required
Jet-induced air aspiration is preferred
High-pressure slurry feeding is available
A simplified jet arrangement is required
Final equipment selection should be determined according to mineral characteristics and actual flotation process conditions.

For ZFJS equipment selection and quotation, please provide:
Mineral or material type
Required processing capacity
Feed particle size
Slurry concentration
Feed grade
Target concentrate grade
Recovery requirements
Existing flotation process
Available installation height
For new materials or uncertain flotation conditions, laboratory or pilot-scale flotation testing can be carried out before industrial equipment selection.
Its column body can be designed with a height of approximately 3–4 m, reducing the vertical space required for installation.
The ZFJS uses a high-pressure feed slurry arrangement and places the jet aspiration device on the top feed pipeline rather than relying on an intermediate slurry circulation jet configuration.
Please provide the mineral type, processing capacity, particle size, slurry concentration, feed grade, concentrate requirements and available installation height.
