The XCF II Industrial Flotation Cell is designed for ore processing and mineral separation in large and medium-sized concentrators.
It can be applied to flotation processes involving non-ferrous, ferrous and non-metallic minerals and is suitable for both roughing and cleaning operations.
The flotation cell combines external air supply with mechanical agitation. XCF II also provides slurry suction and can be integrated with KYF II flotation cells according to the mineral processing flowsheet.

Designed for flotation applications in large and medium-sized concentrators.
Suitable for flotation processes involving non-ferrous, ferrous and non-metallic minerals.
Can be used in roughing and cleaning stages according to mineral processing requirements.
External air supply and mechanical agitation work together during the flotation process.
XCF II can be integrated with KYF II flotation cells according to the required process configuration.
The XCF II industrial flotation cell can be applied to different mineral processing projects involving:
Non-Ferrous Minerals
Suitable non-ferrous mineral flotation applications.
Ferrous Minerals
Suitable ferrous mineral flotation applications.
Non-Metallic Minerals
Flotation separation of suitable non-metallic minerals.
The series can be used in both roughing and cleaning operations. Actual flotation conditions should be determined according to ore properties and mineral processing requirements.
Mineral slurry enters the flotation cell and is mechanically agitated. External air is introduced into the cell and dispersed into the slurry.
Under suitable flotation conditions, floatable mineral particles interact with air bubbles. The resulting mineralized bubbles rise toward the surface and form a froth layer, allowing the floated minerals to be separated from the remaining slurry.
Flotation Process:
Ore Slurry → Agitation → Air Dispersion → Mineral-Bubble Interaction → Froth Formation → Mineral Separation

For proper equipment selection, consider the following project conditions:
Ore Type — Mineral composition and flotation characteristics.
Processing Capacity — Required plant throughput in t/h.
Feed Particle Size — Particle size distribution entering flotation.
Flotation Stage — Roughing or cleaning application.
Cell Volume & Quantity — Required flotation cell volume and number of cells according to the process.
The series can be applied to flotation processes involving non-ferrous, ferrous and non-metallic minerals.
Yes. The supplied equipment sample specifies both roughing and cleaning applications.
The recommended feed particle size is 0.3–0.01 mm, with particles below 0.074 mm accounting for more than 50%.
Selection should consider ore characteristics, processing capacity, feed size, flotation stage, required cell volume and overall flotation flowsheet.
Please provide:
Ore Type | Main Minerals | Processing Capacity (t/h) | Feed Particle Size | Flotation Stage | Required Cell Volume
Based on these conditions, a suitable flotation cell model and process configuration can be recommended.
