BF flotation machine is an improved version of the SF flotation machine, designed for mineral processing and flotation separation. It features self-aspiration and slurry suction, allowing the suction cell to perform air intake, slurry suction and flotation functions.
The BF flotation machine provides strong slurry circulation, good particle suspension and low power consumption. Its horizontal configuration simplifies flotation circuit arrangement and does not require a froth pump.

The motor drives the impeller through the main shaft. The rotating impeller creates strong downward slurry circulation and a vacuum zone at the impeller center. Air is drawn through the air pipe and center shaft into the impeller chamber and mixed with the slurry.
The three-phase mixture is dispersed throughout the flotation cell, allowing mineral particles to attach to bubbles and form froth for collection.
