JJF Flotation Machine is a mechanical flotation machine designed for mineral processing and ore beneficiation. JJF II models are available with effective capacities from 1 to 42 m³ and can be used for roughing, cleaning and scavenging operations.
The JJF flotation machine can operate independently or be combined with an SF flotation machine. In the combined configuration, the SF machine serves as the suction cell, while the JJF machine serves as the direct-flow cell, allowing horizontal arrangement of the flotation circuit.
JJF Flotation Machine is suitable for the flotation separation of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, precious metals and non-metallic minerals, including gold, copper, lead, zinc and other mineral ores.
The JJF machine naturally draws air into the flotation cell but does not self-aspirate ore pulp. Its shallow-tank structure, small impeller diameter and low rotating speed provide moderate agitation and effective air-pulp mixing.
The machine can be used as part of different flotation circuits according to ore characteristics, processing capacity and flotation stage.
The rotating impeller agitates the ore pulp inside the flotation cell and promotes the mixing of air, pulp and flotation reagents.
The JJF flotation machine naturally draws air into the cell. The stator helps disperse the air and pulp mixture, while the agitation keeps solid particles suspended during operation.
Mineralized bubbles rise toward the pulp surface and form froth, which is collected during the flotation process.
The JJF flotation machine can be combined with an SF flotation machine to form a combined flotation unit.

The combined SF + JJF configuration can be used when horizontal flotation circuit arrangement is required. When JJF is used independently, stepped installation between operations is adopted, with a drop of approximately 300–400 mm, and a froth pump is used to return the froth.
