The JJF II Mining Flotation Machine features a guide tube and false bottom beneath the impeller to promote large-scale slurry circulation in the lower part of the flotation cell.
This circulation helps prevent mineral particles from settling at the bottom of the cell while supporting continuous air-slurry mixing during flotation.
With effective cell volumes from 1 m³ to 28 m³, the JJF II series is suitable for flotation separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals.

A key structural feature of the JJF II flotation machine is the guide tube and false bottom arranged beneath the impeller.
During operation, impeller rotation promotes slurry movement through the internal circulation path. Large-scale slurry circulation is formed in the lower part of the flotation cell, helping prevent mineral particles from settling at the bottom.
This design makes slurry circulation and particle-settling control important features of the JJF II flotation machine.
During operation, rotation of the impeller creates a vortex inside the vertical tube and guide tube. The resulting negative pressure draws air through the air inlet pipe.
The incoming air mixes with slurry in the impeller and stator area. The air-slurry mixture moves tangentially under the action of the impeller and is then converted into radial movement by the stator, allowing it to be distributed within the flotation cell.
Mineralized bubbles rise to the froth layer, where the froth product is removed by single-side or double-side scraping.
Slurry Circulation → Air Suction → Air-Slurry Mixing → Radial Distribution → Mineralized Bubble Rising → Froth Removal

Equipment configuration should be selected according to actual mineral characteristics and flotation process requirements.
The JJF II flotation machine is suitable for flotation separation of:
Non-Ferrous Metal Minerals · Ferrous Metal Minerals · Non-Metallic Minerals
Different cell volumes can be selected according to processing requirements and flotation circuit configuration.
For equipment selection and quotation, please provide:
Ore Type · Required Capacity · Flotation Process · Preferred Cell Volume · Number of Cells
The appropriate configuration can then be selected according to the actual mineral processing requirements.
Why does the JJF II flotation machine use a guide tube and false bottom?
The guide tube and false bottom promote large-scale slurry circulation in the lower part of the flotation cell, helping prevent mineral particles from settling at the bottom.
What cell volumes are available?
The JJF II series is available in effective cell volumes of 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 16, 20, 24 and 28 m³.
