The Industrial Pneumatic Flotation Column is designed for mineral flotation and separation without a conventional rotor-stator agitation mechanism. Air is introduced into the column to generate fine bubbles and promote bubble-particle contact for mineral separation.
With column diameters from Φ0.4 to Φ5.0 m and processing capacities from 2 to 592 m³/h, multiple sizes are available for different mineral processing requirements. Aeration and froth layer conditions can be controlled and integrated with compatible plant automation systems.

Column Height: 8.0–14.0 m
Actual processing capacity and operating conditions depend on ore characteristics, feed conditions and flotation requirements.
The flotation column can be used for flotation separation and beneficiation of metallic and non-metallic minerals.
Equipment selection should be based on factors such as:
Ore Characteristics · Processing Capacity · Feed Concentration · Particle Size · Flotation Test Results
1. Does the flotation column use a mechanical impeller?
No. It does not rely on a conventional rotor-stator mechanical agitation mechanism for flotation.
2. How do I select the appropriate flotation column size?
Selection mainly depends on processing capacity, feed concentration, ore characteristics and flotation process requirements.
3. Can the flotation column be integrated with an automatic control system?
Yes. Operating parameters such as aeration and froth layer conditions can be integrated with compatible plant automation systems.
