The SF Mining Flotation Cell is engineered for efficient flotation separation of non-ferrous metal ores, ferrous metal minerals and non-metallic minerals. Featuring advanced impeller technology and optimized tank design, this equipment delivers superior performance in mineral processing applications.
Designed with a backward-inclined double-sided impeller, the SF flotation cell promotes upper and lower pulp circulation while providing effective air intake and air-slurry mixing. Available in cell volumes from 0.15 to 20 m³ and processing capacities from 0.06 to 20 m³/min, the SF series offers comprehensive size options for diverse mineral processing requirements.

During operation, impeller rotation creates centrifugal force that throws slurry outward, generating a negative-pressure zone within the flotation mechanism. Slurry enters the upper impeller chamber through circulation openings while slurry below flows toward the center, establishing dual circulation loops.
Air enters the mechanism and mixes thoroughly with slurry. The rotating impeller disperses air into fine bubbles throughout the cell, enabling hydrophobic mineral particles to attach and rise to the froth layer for efficient separation.
