The XCF II Mineral Processing Flotation Machine is designed for mineral flotation applications in large and medium-sized concentrators.
It is suitable for the flotation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals and can be applied to both roughing and cleaning operations in mineral processing flowsheets.
The XCF II is a forced-air mechanical agitation flotation machine. It combines an external air supply with mechanical agitation and has slurry suction capability.
For flotation circuits requiring multiple cells, XCF II can also be combined with KYF II flotation machines according to the process configuration. When the two types are used together, XCF II can be arranged as the first cell of each flotation stage, while KYF II machines are used in the following cells.

Suitable for the flotation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals, allowing the machine to be applied to different mineral processing projects.
Designed for roughing and cleaning stages in mineral processing flowsheets.
The XCF II series is suitable for flotation applications in large and medium-sized mineral processing plants.
The recommended feed particle size is 0.3–0.01 mm, with particles below 0.074 mm accounting for more than 50% of the feed.
External air supply and mechanical agitation are combined during the flotation process.
XCF II has slurry suction capability, allowing it to meet flotation circuit requirements where slurry suction is required.
XCF II can be combined with KYF II flotation machines according to the flotation process configuration.
The XCF II flotation machine uses mechanical agitation together with an external air supply during the mineral flotation process.
Slurry enters the flotation cell and is agitated by the mechanical agitation system. Air supplied from an external source is introduced into the flotation cell and dispersed into the slurry.
During flotation, suitable mineral particles interact with air bubbles and form mineralized bubbles. These bubbles rise toward the slurry surface and form a mineralized froth layer, enabling flotation separation.
XCF II also has slurry suction capability, which allows it to be used in flotation circuit positions where slurry suction is required.
Process Flow:
Mineral Slurry → Mechanical Agitation → Air Dispersion → Mineral-Bubble Interaction → Mineralized Froth → Flotation Separation
Suitable for flotation processes involving non-ferrous metal minerals.
Can be applied to flotation separation involving ferrous metal minerals according to the mineral processing flowsheet.
Suitable for flotation applications involving non-metallic minerals.
The supplied equipment sample specifies a recommended feed particle size of 0.3–0.01 mm, with particles smaller than 0.074 mm accounting for more than 50%.
XCF II flotation machines are available in different configurations for different mineral processing requirements.
The appropriate flotation machine should be selected according to factors such as:
Ore characteristics / Processing capacity / Feed particle size / Flotation flowsheet / Required cell volume / Plant configuration

XCF II and KYF II flotation machines can be combined in the same mineral processing flowsheet.
When used together:
First Cell of Each Flotation Stage: XCF II
Following Cells: KYF II
XCF II has slurry suction capability, while KYF II does not.
According to the supplied equipment sample, this combination allows flotation units to be arranged at the same level, and froth return between flotation stages does not require a froth pump.
